MIDWESTERN 2021/2022 SCHOLARSHIP AWARD SCHEME Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Limited, operator of the Umusadege Field in OML 56, Delta State, and its JV Partner SunTrust Oil Company Nigeria Limited, have embarked on various schemes that deliver long-term progress to the indigenes of its host communities and Delta State in general by constantly investing in human capital to ensure economic development since the field’s inception. As a result, the firm is now inviting qualified Nigerian students to apply for its 2021/2022 Scholarship Scheme.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SECONDARY SCHOOL COMMUNITY AWARD – FOR HOST COMMUNITIES ONLY

Only JSS I and JSS 2 students are eligible.
Admission letter to Nigerian Secondary School
Result from the previous year of primary school or JSS 1 result.
Identification letter for birth certificate signed by Ward Counsellor or CACC ( Community Accredited Contact-men Committee)

UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY AWARD – ONLY FOR HOST COMMUNITIES

At the time of application, JAMB/UTME and a university admission letter from an accredited/approved university in Nigeria are required.
Minimum of 5 SSCE or GCE credits in one session, including Math and English
Identification letter signed by Ward Counsellor or CACC for current University ID card ( Community Accredited Contact-men Committee)

 

2021/2022 SCHOLARSHIP

 

UNIVERSITY MERIT AWARD- Requirements for Delta State Indigenes Only

Scholarships are available to 200-level students with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.5 or higher at the time of application.

Minimum of 5 SSCE or GCE credits in one sitting, including Mathematics and English
JAMB/UTME and university admission letter from a Nigerian accredited/approved university
Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in his/her first year at the University Current University ID Card (3.5 and above)
LGA letter of identification

HOW DO I APPLY?
All interested candidates who fit the aforementioned criteria should apply online at www.midwesternog.com with the required information.

  3. The test will be conducted online for candidates who are shortlisted.
