Approximately four months During her brief tenure, she completed arrangements for the appointment of more Directors, promoted some senior staff at the level of Principal Assistant Registrar to the rank of Deputy Registrar, and their counterparts in the Bursary Department to the rank of Deputy Registrar, as well as conducted an ongoing review of the career structure. “What we have accomplished should not be lost; rather, we should work together to achieve much more. We still have a long way to go before we can call ourselves a virtuous Registry Department. “I am glad, fulfilled, and satisfied that I am leaving my position as Acting Registrar in good health and strength,” she stated.
showering praise on senior administrators who helped her succeed Mrs Tamuno, the new Acting Registrar, stated her willingness to collaborate with other top administrators in the Registry Department to build on the successes of her predecessor. “I have a team of energetic administrators that will collaborate with me to complete this difficult task. We must build on the accomplishments made by Dr. Dakoru during her brief tenure in government. We must restore the Registry’s glory.
