NOTICE OF RESUMPTION POSTPONEMENT FOR THE 2020/2021 ACADEMIC SESSION

As a result of the decision of the Provost and Deans Committee (CPD) at the 393rd Meeting (Extraordinary) conducted on Monday, August 16th, 2021, I write on direction to advise staff/students that the Resumption date for the First Semester 2020/2021 Academic Session has been postponed. uniport

The new deadline is as follows:

Sunday, August 29th, 2021 – All students return to campus.

Monday, August 30, 2021 – All Student should  begin class.

Uniport gets a new  Registrar Tamuno

Mrs Joyce Tamuno, the immediate past College Secretary of the I College of Health Sciences, has been appointed as the University’s new Acting Registrar. Her appointment followed the statutory retirement of Dr Dakoru CharlesGranville, who had previously served in the exalted post in an acting capacity. Speaking before passing over to the incoming Acting Registrar in the Registrar’s Office on Monday, May 10, 2021, Dr Dakoru expressed gratitude to God and Management for the opportunity to serve and complimented University workers for their support during her administration, which lasted for two years.
