About the Role

Reporting into the Hotel Manager,  the right candidate will be responsible for managing our front office operations whilst working cohesively with our housekeeping and maintenance departments. Our teams are all about creating memorable moments for our guests from first and last impressions, delivering exceptional customer service and providing the WOW factor that is Meriton Suites. Ideally you are currently employed as a Manager on Duty/Duty Manager/Assistant Manager  in a 4/5 star hotel environment. You will display a strong sense of commitment to customer service, team camaraderie, impeccable attention to detail and the compassion to deliver our Meriton values.

Your key responsibilities:

•Hotel Front Office Operations
•Providing sound leadership through effective management and training
•Managing our guest recovery initiatives
•Ensuring daily front desk tasks are actioned and completed
•Attend to guest enquiries, requests and follow up if required
•Managing the roster and payroll financials
•Use your extensive knowledge in hotel operations to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
•Manage the hotel in the absence of Manager.
