• Able to develop, design, and implement new ideas and desserts in response to shifting trends in order to keep customers interested.
• Ensure that all food goods are handled properly and kept at the proper temperature, and that subordinates follow Culinary standards and obligations.
• Immediately notify the supervisor of any equipment faults or maintenance difficulties, recognized safety dangers, or unsafe behaviors and procedures.

• Assist in deciding how cakes should be served and putting together attractive cake displays.
• Ensures that all work areas are clean and well-organized.
• Assisting with the decoration of trendy and high-end cakes.
• Maintain a neat and tidy workstation.
• The ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekend, day, afternoon, and evening shifts.
• Ensure efficient meal service by preparing and cooking bakery items to the highest standards.Assuring that all pastry items are prepared and served in accordance with industry standards.
Using food surpluses and reducing spoiling.
He/she is always training his/her employees.
Suggestions for improvements in raw materials, menus, cost savings, and equipment are being forwarded.
Assisting in the presentation of all buffets.

• Assuring that all food requests are executed to the fullest satisfaction of the guest in accordance with the Company’s policies.
• Be aware of all fire, safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Candidates living on the island and close to the island should apply.
