Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Customer interactions across online and offline channels and touchpoints are being tracked.Working with internal departments to improve the customer experience and raise brand awareness.
Identifying consumer requirements and taking proactive measures to ensure great outcomes.
Documenting and escalating client issues, as well as receiving and responding to customer compliments and complaints.
Using proper communication channels to respond to consumer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
Customer input on products/services and new releases is analyzed, and reports are prepared.
Customer satisfaction questionnaires are being evaluated, and changes are being made.
Customer experience plans must be aligned with marketing goals, and customers must be informed about new product features and functionalities.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner.
Collect feedback from customers and share it with our Product, Sales, and Technology teams.
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
N60,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
