On Thursday, during the weekly ministerial briefing organized by the presidential media team, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouk, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, announced that the Federal Government would provide loan facilities from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to 300,000 N-Power exited beneficiaries following their completion of Nexit vocational training. Yes, she said, and she added that they were working with the Central Bank of Nigeria on their departure strategy. Approximately 300,000 people expressed an interest in being placed on an exit program where they might be taught in various skills, including talents of their choosing, and then receive loans from the Central Bank of Nigeria to start their own enterprises.

Our ministry does not provide loans because we are a government entity. To accomplish this, we must collaborate with institutions capable of providing it.
