We are now seeking candidates for the positions listed below:

Job Title: Field Civil Engineer
Full-time employment is available.
Principal Responsibilities

• Supervise directly offshore construction teams and marine equipment operations, which may include floating cranes, anchor handling vessels, deck winches, cable handling gear, and welding.
• You should have previous expertise in maritime construction, including pile driving and site management of marine works such as jetties. You should also be familiar with the various quality standards that are followed throughout jetty building. Working knowledge of precast element erection and panel erection, in-situ concrete, sound comprehension of crane lifts, rigging arrangements, and load charts, dock construction, and utility work, among other things
• Direct supervision of offshore construction teams and marine equipment operations, including floating cranes, anchor handling boats, deck winches, cable handling gear, welding and fabrication of marine mooring assemblies, among other things, will be a part of the job description.
That engineering superintendents and subcontractors should be assisted in ensuring all project schedules and budgets are met. In addition, all connected equipment and manpower should be evaluated in order to ensure that they fulfill all design criteria.
The ability to analyze and resolve all technical issues in all files projects as well as assure efficient interpretation of all design drawings as well as the implementation of all Quality Control processes in projects is essential.
• Act as a liaison between the design group and subcontractors, resolving any difficulties that arise, preparing reports for all subcontractors, and inspecting and evaluating all installations.
Working with the survey team, creating a work schedule for the construction project, and collaborating with suppliers and concrete to guarantee that the project drawings and specifications are met are all part of the job description.
• Conduct an analysis and develop plans for long-term material requisitions.
• Create all work plans for civil field projects, as well as identify and handle any installation issues that may arise. • Work closely with the procurement department to ensure that all construction schedules are met.
Any subcontractors should be assisted in the preparation and updating of all project drawings, if any.
• Document all civil field activities and conduct regular inspections to ensure that all projects are progressing as planned.
• Oversee and implement the entire safety program for projects in the assigned locations.
Knowledge and experience relevant to the job
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (diploma, HND, or B.Sc.) • Minimum of 8 years’ experience working on a marine infrastructure project
If possible, you should have prior expertise in marine construction, including pile driving and site management of marine works such as jetties.
• Familiarity with the various quality standards that are followed during the jetty construction process.
• Demonstrated expertise in the erection of precast elements and panels, as well as concrete.
• Familiarity with crane lifts, rigging setups, and load charts; as well as knowledge of dock building and utility work
• Excellent grasp of safety and process; excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook at the user level
• The ability to comprehend operating procedures and implement them with few errors.
• Demonstrated ability to work well both individually and as part of a team environment.
• Evidence of demonstrated capacity to deal with process and safety emergencies.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Other expectations include: • Thorough knowledge of safety and process; and • Outstanding communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook at the user level
• The ability to comprehend operating procedures and implement them with few errors.
• Capacity to work well both independently and as part of a team environment. • Demonstrated ability to deal with Process and Safety Emergencies. • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
