The Nexit training has already begun in Kaduna since the 14th of March 2022, with the agency in charge categorizing the training lectures into two categories: general and technical.
1) Re-engineering one’s mentality.
2) Training in the development of entrepreneurial skills.
On the mentality re-engineering course, they taught participants how to set their minds and start their own businesses in order to be able to stand on their own two feet because the government cannot afford to hire all of the graduates we have in our country.
Because they all agreed that credentials were not the answer to poverty, they taught participants how to become entrepreneurs through creativity and invention. They taught participants that the capacity to recognize and seize chances is necessary in order to be able to design new concepts.
