Customers who pay on or before their due date (i.e., before April 1, 2022) will be allowed to pay the previous price, according to Multichoice, in order to mitigate the impact of the price increases.
Also eligible for the old price would be customers who have paid consistently on time (before their due dates) for a period of 12 months throughout that time.
Those who pay for a total of 10 months in advance at the new pricing will be entitled to the 11th and 12th months at no additional cost, according to the business.
According to the corporation, the price revisions will allow it to provide greater service to its clients.
