FG Starts N-Skills Training In Bauchi HM Sadiya Umar Farouq officially opened the N-Skills Training on Life, Vocational, and Entrepreneurship Skills in Bauchi State yesterday, according to a press release. For the creation, classification, and recognition of skills, knowledge, and competencies obtained by individuals, the N-Skills program is aligned with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF), which is applicable regardless of where and how the training or skill was acquired.

The Ministry is collaborating with carefully selected consulting businesses to provide N-Skills training services to 6,475 unemployed adolescents from across the Federation in the coming months. N-Skills will aid in closing the gap between the demand for standard skills and the supply of market-relevant skills.

A total of 13 Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) project Centers located in Federal and State Government Secondary Schools in Bauchi State were visited by HM Sadiya Farouq on his visit to the state.
The centers’ mission is to improve digital literacy, functional skills acquisition, school infrastructure, and teacher retraining, as well as to contribute to the development of the human capital required for a knowledge-driven economy, according to the mission statement.
Following that, HM Sadiya Farouq traveled to Bauchi State to visit the Computer-Aided Learning Center (CALC).
Specifically, the goal of this initiative is to improve digital learning among children who have special education needs. Provision of computer hardware and software, as well as furniture and other fittings, for the purpose of functional e-learning among visually and hearing-impaired students is the goal of the project.
