African STEM Women Scholarship Award , Scholarship for African Women in STEM
The Macquarie University Vice-International Chancellor’s Scholarship for African Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics is a partial scholarship to help with studies in those fields.
Eligibility
African STEM Women Scholarship Award
• To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a woman who is getting a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. • To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a citizen of Sub-Saharan Africa. • Achieve a minimum 65 WAM for Postgraduate or a minimum 85 ATAR (or equivalent) for Undergraduate applications. • Have a full offer for one of the courses listed in the “Applicable course” section below (single or double degree). • You must be a full-time student on campus (or online if impacted by COVID-19 border restrictions) • They can’t have gotten a grant or scholarship from Macquarie University or another group (unless stated otherwise by the Scholarship Committee).

The total value of the scholarships is 50% of the total tuition fee. When you start your studies at Macquarie University, this amount will be put toward your tuition fee.
Application
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must fill out a nomination form and have a letter of acceptance from Macquarie University.
