Employment Opportunities:
1) Supervisor of the Executive Support Division
The annual salary range is between R744, 255.00 and R876,705.00, inclusive of all benefits.
Mafikeng serves as the location of the regional office (Ref. No.: SAS NW 07 / 2022).
Minimum Requirements:
a. The candidate must have either a Bachelor’s degree (at the NQF 7 level) or a National Diploma (NQF 6)
b. Coupled with a total of twelve years of managerial experience gained within the applicable industry
c. A valid driver’s licence are pre-requisites.
d. Knowledge of how to use computers is required.
Among other responsibilities, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational planning processes within the Regional Executive Office, Manage intergovernmental and stakeholder interactions and involvement in the Office of the Regional Executive Manager, the Regional Executive Manager, Project Management and administrative support, Management reporting and coordination, and the Regional Executive Manager. Manage the functional operations of the unit in collaboration with the Office of the Regional Executive Manager, as well as the staff of the unit.
2) Manager: Labour Relations
Salary: R744, 255.00 – R876, 705.00 p.a. inclusive of benefits
Location: Regional Office: Mafikeng (Ref No: SAS NW 08 / 2022)
Minimum Requirements:
a. The candidate should hold a B. Degree (NQF 7)/National Diploma (NQF 6) in Labour Relations/Bact of Laws specialising in Labour Relations
b. Have 12 years’ managerial experience in the relevant field
c. A valid driver’s licence prerequisite.
d. Computer literacy is a requirement

Duties: The incumbent will be responsible to assist with Collective Bargaining in the Region, Managing & facilitate labour relations in respect of dispute resolution, grievances and disciplinary cases within the Region, Providing advice on labour relations matters, Facil labour relations training within the Region, Provide leadership and management to the sub-unit, Manage resources.
